✔ On sign up you will receive access to you your own private online journal to upload the videos and for us to share feedback.
✔ You send your swing in and receive a recorded detailed video analysis of your golf swing mechanics and patterns with voice over, covering down the line and face on views.
✔ Customised recorded supplemental video demonstrating the concepts discussed in the analysis with key exercises specific for your swing mechanics and patterns.
✔ Post lesson (normally within 2-3 weeks) you send your swing in and receive the FORM CHECKER - a short recorded voice over video analysis of your progress and key features to focus on.

It is heavily recommended to have a GRFi Training System and/or GRF Vector Map and Slider System to gain maximum benefit from the online sessions although the lessons can be done without. Experience shows that results are achieved quicker and more effectively when using the training system in the sessions to feel the exact movement patterns being trained.
