George Lewis

Having spent over 12 years working in higher education, George has a wealth of experience in educational pedagogies and personal development coaching. Having recognised the power of experiential learning and the rapid change/development that can occur with this approach,

George aims to create an environment with all his students whereby they can explore new ideas, movement and space whilst developing their own feedback loops in order to continue their development journey outside of a formal coaching setting. Enabling golfers to really take ownership of their game, developing skill, confidence and most importantly, enjoyment in golf. Whilst being a huge sports fan,

George is also steered by a fascination with the social sciences and their entwinement with sport and human behaviour. So his lessons are often applicable to our perception and experience of life generally, not just the game of golf! His aim is to increase participation and retention of new or frustrated golfers, by helping distill down highly complex concepts and movement into simple and easy to recognise frameworks that are created alongside his students. One of his favourite quotes is: “The golf swing is infinitely complex by its nature, yet can be beautifully simple in its execution.”
